Shipping & Returns

You may pay for your order with PayPal.  Additionally, Debit and credit cards gladly accepted~  Hearth Plus accepts credit and debit cards
 
 
Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, if the product is new and unused and in its original carton. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless we shipped the wrong or a defective item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button and fill out the form, providing a reason for your return request. We'll notify you via e-mail of the status of your request as well as the status of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping


Our FREE SHIPPING policy includes most addresses in the continental United States. There are a few high cost areas (e.g., Nantucket, Cape Cod, Washington, DC, New York City, and remote parts of Washington state, etc.) where there may be a surcharge to cover extra costs of shipping. We welcome you inquiries from Canada, and will quote shipping costs. Call or email your request including your choice of product, your postal code and whether your ship-to address is residential or commercial.
When you place an order, if the item won't ship within 3 or 4 business days, we will notify you of the estimated ship date for you based on the availability of your items. While our offices are in Alabama, our products ship from various warehouses around the country, to better serve our customers, geographically.
